Curious By Invites is an Australian digital stationery studio. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect information you provide directly, including: your name and email address when you create an account or sign up for beta access; order and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details); content you enter into our design editor; custom request details; and feedback or quiz responses you submit.

We use your information to: deliver your purchased or beta-access products; send transactional emails (order confirmation, access links, feedback reminders); respond to your enquiries; improve our products and services; and, with your consent, share testimonials or reviews you provide.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services: Stripe for payment processing; Resend for transactional email delivery; and Manus for platform authentication. Each of these services has their own privacy policy and we encourage you to review them.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your editor progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Beta tester data is retained for 12 months after the programme ends. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
