Curious By Invites ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian digital stationery studio offering printable and digital invitation designs, greeting cards, event websites, and personalisation tools. 2. Digital Products — Licence
All designs, templates, and digital files sold or provided on this Site are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may print or share the personalised output for your own event or occasion. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or claim ownership of any design or template.
3. No Refunds on Digital Goods
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download link or access token has been issued. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty or not as described. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, typography, and design elements on this Site remain the intellectual property of Curious By Invites or our licensed suppliers. Purchasing a product grants you a limited personal-use licence only — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
6. Beta Tester Programme
Beta testers receive free access to the Site for a limited period in exchange for providing honest feedback. Beta access is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time. Beta testers agree that any feedback, reviews, or testimonials they provide may be used by Curious By Invites for marketing purposes.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
8. Limitation of Liability
